Colombia, Port of entry to South America and strategical standing point for most international corporations, has now firmly entered the export shipping market.

Throughout this short, yet fruitful history, a small group of people have enjoyed being pioneers of the country's industry and market. Three of them, have closely witnessed the developments of the shipping world in general and the colombian market in particular, since their first step's in the field during the 50's. Furthermore they have, for the last two decades, been well aware of the many relationships and demands of the market, while playing an active intervening role from different angles.

These three well known members of the colombian shipping world, have now joined themselves under the name NAVES LTDA. It was born in response to the demand of quick and efficient solutions to the national and international shipping needs.

Mr. Carlos G. Polo has been engaged with ship agency for the past 45 years, and directly involved in shipbroking in Colombia and abroad for the last 18 years.
